I'm with Luprand. You never know what could happen. You know how sometimes when you're feeling a touch nostalgic so you decide to give the ole phonograph a spin.....

JexKerome wrote: Ask Mercury Hat, she knows a lot about this subject, and in fact we were discussing it the other day in chat. Turns out, if I remember correctly, you can make a whole baby from two women's DNA, as in, no male DNA needed, using techniques similar to cloning. The offspring would NOT be a clone and apart from its unique conception, would be a 100% normal human being.

If this does happen, guys, we're out of a job.

Then again, I'm old and already with a foot out the door, so this doesn't affect me as much as you damn kids! mwahahahaha!
There's one other thing.
You can make a whole complete baby from two men's DNA! (I'm not sure how you'd go about obtaining an egg cell... but I figure it wouldn't be much of a problem with sufficiently advanced technology.)
And in that case the offspring can be either a girl or a boy!
And if you use two women, the child can only be another woman.

Hence, rendering the men obsolete is at no more likely than rendering the women obsolete...

So, girls, how do you adapt to the new order? 8)

"1.Scan in high res 2.tweak with curves, levels or something to clean up the scan (or use channel mixer to remove blue pencil lines) 3.Add colour using a layer set to multiply. 4.Add wordbubbles and text as vector shapes. 5. Merge all layers. 6.resize to the web size. 7. Export/Save for Web" that's all I know about webcomicking.

Personally, I think humanity itself is becoming obsolete. Everyone knows the next giant leap forward in evolutionary progress will be the lemming.
