300 strips, yay for me...
300 strips, yay for me...
I made it to #300. Yay. And in another month or so, I'll make to my first anniversary, so you'll probably get another message then! You are twice-blessed! (For the math freaks in the crowd, no, that doesn't equal 365 strips. I didn't start daily postings right from the start.)
Hat's off to you. You've got a great comic and hopefully we'll be seeing a lot more from you.
To celebrate here's a list of my favorite scenes from your comic, because I feel like sharing.

Yeah, I know we webcomic artists have to relentlessly self-promoting and all, but this is probably the last time I'll post a milestone report on the forums. 400 strips! 500 strips! Give it a rest!mcDuffies wrote:Wow man, you're fast as a rocket! It was like yesterday when you were celibating 200!
Thanks to all for the kind words.
congrats! Now, 300 that's a milestone! Not some silly anniversary thing.
It proves you heve the persistence, and probably lots of other qualities, you da man!
I didn't make it to 300,

"1.Scan in high res 2.tweak with curves, levels or something to clean up the scan (or use channel mixer to remove blue pencil lines) 3.Add colour using a layer set to multiply. 4.Add wordbubbles and text as vector shapes. 5. Merge all layers. 6.resize to the web size. 7. Export/Save for Web" that's all I know about webcomicking.

Oh, I wasn't criticising you, I was just noticing that you're unusually restless for a webcomic artist.[geoduck] wrote:Yeah, I know we webcomic artists have to relentlessly self-promoting and all, but this is probably the last time I'll post a milestone report on the forums. 400 strips! 500 strips!
