... but in Iraq, things /will/ change. There were many people who wouldn't come forward with evidence, etc., who actually would, now that Hussein is out of the way. There's a mental difference between believing a dictator is gone for good and actually /knowing/ he won't come back. It's kind of like the surge of information that came in when Uday and Kusay (pardon the spelling) were found dead.

Point!
I guess I'm just bridling against all the people who think that since we've captured him, it's now a Glorious Victory. This isn't the end of the problem, no by a long shot. He was never in charge of the people bombing forces in Iraq, and now his supporters are gonna go stir crazy, and the REAL question, the whole occupation business, still needs to be answered.
I think hes gonna be tried in Iraq by the new government. Probably gonna kill him too. If they do do the international court thing, they can't execute him.

Death is far to light a punishment.

Now that we have him, we aught to take all our aggression out on him. Give him fifty-thousand papercuts and dip him in salt water. That sort of thing. Videotape it for the new "Saddam Gone Wild" series.
Then, chop him into tiny pieces, bake him into pies, and serve him to the Gitmo prisoners.
Or, send him to the UN for crimes against humanity. either way, I suppose.

Denial is not falsification. You can't avoid a fact just because you don't like it.

If he does been doing wrong stuff internatiolly he should go to that thing in The Hague like the Milosovich guy.... Oh wait, the USA is stronglyagainst that court and has made a law to invade the Netherlands if there would ever be a USAien going there.
That's like boycotting Microsoft because of Windows and not playing Halo.
... or, we could turn it into a profit center. Cryogenically freeze him, then cut him into 1 cm square cubes. Vaccum pack the cubes, and sell them as souvineers for $5 apiece.
I wonder what Saddam's volume is in cubic centimeters?
