"Lithium Flower" by Scott Matthews.

It's the ending theme for "Ghost In the Shell: Standalone Complex" In case you were wondering why you've never heard of it.

That series has some seriously amazing music.

Trivia fact: A song that is stuck in your head is technically called an earworm.

Mine? Jingle Bell Rock. For three long, harsh years. I whistled it every day, I hummed it. I couldn't get it out of my skull. It... hurt.

Crossfire: "Thank you! That explains it very nicely, and in a language that someone other than a physicist can understand..."

Denial is not falsification. You can't avoid a fact just because you don't like it.

Songs stuck in the head? For DAYS???
"lions in Kenya" survived about 3 hours before the voices jammed it.

And I'm serious about the 3 hours, not so serious about the voices

you see, there's only one voice...
You are the Non. You must go now, and never return."

"1.Scan in high res 2.tweak with curves, levels or something to clean up the scan (or use channel mixer to remove blue pencil lines) 3.Add colour using a layer set to multiply. 4.Add wordbubbles and text as vector shapes. 5. Merge all layers. 6.resize to the web size. 7. Export/Save for Web" that's all I know about webcomicking.

I've found the only way to get a song that's stuck in my head out of it is to go find the song and actually listen to it about 3 times. Then it goes away. I dunno why, but it works.

It's a world of laughter
A world of tears
It's a world of hopes
And a world of fears
There's so much that we share
That it's time we're aware
It's a small world after all ...

All right, here we are. I've now got "Still Ill" by the aforementioned "Smiffs" running through my head, competing for space with "Pretty Girls Make Graves".

Okay, so I've had far worse songs in my head.

Has anyone mentioned songs that you've played on repeat for hours, yet?

Odd thing is, I usually don't get songs stuck in my head unless I absolutely hate them. And then I chase them away with the Starman Disco remix from vgmusic.com.

I really like it... I wish I knew what it was...
Ooo! Ooo! I know! If it's the same as Sonic Adventure DX (the Gamecube port), I think that's "Open Your Heart", composed by Jun Senoe. *Is dork enough to know that* "Can't hold on much longer (But I'll never let go!)/ I know it's a one-way track (Tell me now how long this'll last)..."

Relatedly, Sonic's theme ("It Doesn't Matter") from the same game is in my head. Unfortunately, it keeps wanting to merge with the very different version of Sonic's theme from Sonic Adventure 2. It doesn't help that only they music significantly changed; the words don't vary that much from the two versions.

Nope. I'll start!

"Blue Jeans" by Ladytron
"All-Nighter" by Elastica
"This Corrosion" by The Sisters of Mercy
"Novelty" by Joy Division
That damn opening credits song from Eva
"Lost in the Supermarket" by The Clash

That's all I can think of right now, off the top of my head.
