i've been enjoying Joe Loves Crappy Movies recently.

also Darths and Droids

but neither of those are too unknown.

I’ve found Dawn of Time to be pretty irresistible.

Never mind that, noone knows all well known comics. I've been reading Irritability, last 1/3 of archives (since he started drawing more expressive faces and all) are cool.

Oh, I've read that, very autobiographic, don't you think?

Reading some nice things on Livejournal. navigation can be a bit of a pain sometimes.

We can fix it - A time travel memoir: http://finkenstein.livejournal.com/125557.html
Extra fun page from that one: http://finkenstein.livejournal.com/121293.html

The Sea
chapter one: http://chamonkee.livejournal.com/88284.html
chapter two: http://chamonkee.livejournal.com/104914.html
Most of chapter 3: http://chamonkee.livejournal.com/127201.html

I have been reading and loving Tales of the Questor http://www.rhjunior.com/totq/ (not just another fantasy comic. Not at all.)
Also just started reading The Zombie Hunters http://www.thezombiehunters.com/

Three I've found recently that have caused me to rip through their archives with utmost speed and determination:

Punch N Pie

Anti Zombie Army

Flaky Pastry

We The Robots

Sequential Art

Bad Touch

Awesome stuff all around... there are so many more but I could be here all day...

Maybe, but if it is, you gotta admit it’s pretty impressive that a time-traveling cavegirl was able to become computer-literate enough to produce a “this is my random life” strip. And have the cunning to call herself “MIchael” to throw people off the trail.

Seconded, it's just too cute! Also!

The Abominable Charles Christopher- http://www.abominable.cc/
Beautiful comic and funny comic about a yeti in a forest of animals. Fantastically drawn.

Princess Planet- http://www.transmission-x.com/_princess_planet/
Oh god the puns they're killing me but I love them

Octopus Pie- http://www.octopuspie.com/
Slice of life comic based in Brooklyn, chances are you've heard of this one but if you've not bothered reading it before do it now!

Pug Davis- http://www.sugarboukas.com/PD
Another wonderfully drawn comic about a spacefaring man with the head of a pug, and his sidekick Blouse.

I also have a soft spot for Yet Another Fantasy Gaming Comic and the Doctor Who comic the same guy does.

I know it's pretty well known, and old, but the other day I decided to start reading through the entire Dinosaur Comics archive. I was bookmarking specific pages that I wanted to show my friends due to their hilarity, and right now I'm about halfway into 2004 and I have over a dozen such bookmarked pages. Dinosaur Comics friggin' rules.

I should have read Gunnerkrigg Court long time ago, but now I finally did, I fell in love with it. It's the stuff that thousands of comics out there are trying to do, but it's a rare example of actually doing it good.

Gunnerkrigg Court is my favorite...
I'll also recommend Lackadaisy Cats: http://lackadaisy.foxprints.com/
Cats and speakeasies. Infrequent, yet awesome updates.

Oh, and Today Nothing Happened: http://www.shazzbaa.com/
A good journal comic by someone I know.
