If you can't log in starting today, June 28th 2005, read below before you let me and Kisai know here. Give us your KeenSpace comic username and/or .keenspace.com URL, and a description of what breaks. We'll work on getting your account repaired.

EDIT July 4th: A general tool to repair accounts was run on the server June 30th. However, some users may have problems. If you can't get into your account, please try changing your password first. Also, please read all the way down! Some problems may already be fixed.

When I try to access my ftp location it doesn't recognise my password; when I try to get a new password it doesn't recognise my username.
Also the comic with yesterdays date on hasn't appeared. Please help.

Hello,

I manage the Cory & Matt space for my daughter which has been idle for some time. When I tried to log in on Monday, it didn't recognize the password.

I went through the process of generating a new password, but when I tried to use the activation code yesterday, it failed.

Now it doesn't even recognize her user name: coryandmatt.

Please help

I was messing around with my new account the other day and thought that I had broken something by editing the index.htm, but maybe it's this crash problem you speak of? When I try to log into the ftp using smartftp, it gives me the following red lines...
"An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine."
"Connection timeout. No response from server."

I'll be checking these lost guys today.

Nate has told us that the rack our servers (and all of Keen's servers) are on blew a circut breaker. It's back up now, but we have to stablize the power situation before anything else -- most likely split the servers up into different racks, and maybe move the DB over to a seperate computer. We'll let you know if we have to shut down the systems in order to move things around.

Both me and my friend are having a problem. We can both log into Keenspace fine, but we can't get to Butch. The page won't even load to let us sign in, and Phelix doesn't work for us so we can't use that. And right before the crash, my friend accidentaly deleted his front page. The rest of the pages are there, but the main page is blank. ^^;
