Wait a minute... what?
did Voliar just get confused??? THE Volair?
I cant say that things will be better if we change; what I can say is that we must change for them to get better

"So cute!"
Hm. Volair's going a bit grey (and no earrings!). Looks good on him. Saundra has glasses again, and a very conservative outfit. Looks like they've settled in nicely with each other.
[Edit]No, I was wrong. No glasses... guess I wasn't awake when I read it first.

Bad pun alert!
Cool! I was hoping for the return of the space-lime vortex.

Argh! Critical Voliar mass!
Voliar is the last person I'd want to have time travel- not so much because he'd kill his grandfather, but he might become his grandfather, Red Dwarf-style, without even realising it...
So Future Voilar & Saundra have come back just nopw, because they know that it's the best way of getting themselves together so they will be able to go back in time to persuade themselves to get together, in a loop that goes on forever and never stops? Time travel without multiple dimesions is so complicated!

Actually
If you consider that the future ones are together already, they would have had to get together sans time travel originally for the pairing to exist.. then go back to see the wedding..
Unless you assume that traveling through time changes the entire time line at once.. in which case, the moment they traveled through the time portal and caused it, they went from being *apart* to *together*...
...... Even if I read that it doesn't make any sense.... @_@
Oh well.

All fear the RP character from the completely private RP ^_^.

Explaining time travel is a lot like reading the Encylopedia Brittanica from A to Z. It hurts. Normal minds aren't meant to BEND like that. However, if you can get past the concept that temporal mechanics isn't linear, then it's a little easier. Still hurts to thinks about it, just not as much.
Because NOBODY EXPECTS THE SPANISH INQUISITION!!

Of course the whole idea of time travel becomes a lot less painful if you add in the idea of multiple realities.
You don't actually need to add in multiple universes to make time travel easier to understand, but it sure helps deal with paradox.
** Bad joke alert ** And I am more than half expecting the time machine to have been invented by a cat named Schroedinger.

I would have expected that to be precisely half expected...Kieran wrote:Of course the whole idea of time travel becomes a lot less painful if you add in the idea of multiple realities.
