So now we know this "Maxion" most likely was not hit by the slingshot, but of course we still don't know why Ms. Heywood wanted the photos, and who the person behind the fence was... I wonder if maybe that wasn't actually a slingshot, but only looked like one due to the camera angle and the inherent visual limitations of 2D images?

Maybe they didn't want anyone to see the photos and get the wrong idea about their relationship? Or the right one?
