What happened last November? I remember my turkey wasn't quite big enough....

I think that it's pretty damn obvious that Michael Jackson is mentally ill person.I think his mental state is obvious from all interviews, actions of his, as soon as he speaks up, you can see that you'r talking with an overly immature man, a person who lives in his own world.
And to add to that, YOU DON'T SENTENCE MENTALLY ILL PEOPLE TO JAIL, BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THEIR ACTIONS!!! Law says that, and law has a full right in it.
However, there's a dozen of people who don't want Jackson held in mental institution because he gets them a ton of money. For instance, his managers, his accountants, people in whose shops he buys all that expensive stuff... Avan that goddamn reporter who made a documentary on him. If anyone, they are the people who should be locked up in jail. For one, for keeping an ill person in an enviroment that is probably making him more ill; And then, if he really violated those boys, it's their responsibility too.
Jackson is a victim, of those people as well as of all the fame and of society that makes pop stars idolized. And, if what I've heard is right, of his own father who forced him to go for a stardom and occasionally beat him up. AND OF PEOPLE WHO JUDGE HIM, SENTENCE HIM AND EXECUTE HIM WITHOUT ACTUALLY HAVING A GRIP ON THE FACTS.
For Jackson, I feel nothing but pitty. Even if he did what he's accused of.

He's innocent until they tell us that he's guilty. I also don't know what to think about him but that hardly matters.
I feel sorry for the kid most of all, no matter where he goes in North America and Europe, now he'll be known as the boy who got molested by MJ, and the kids are going to call him that whether MJ is innocent or guilty.
That page of all Jackson is kind of sad too because crammed in the lower right hand corner is a little picture of what he used to look like before he ruined his face.

You know, if I had a kid, all the money in the world wouldn't stop me from seeing anyone who molested her from getting his just retribution. It seems to me more like that family was after money.Humbug wrote:I may be wrong about this as I tend to listen to news with half an ear, but didn't Jackson pay the first kid he "allegedly" molested a million dollars just to keep his mouth shut? That action alone makes it very suspicious.

Completely agree with you on that, Jex.JexKerome wrote:You know, if I had a kid, all the money in the world wouldn't stop me from seeing anyone who molested her from getting his just retribution. I'm inclined to agree with McDuffies on this one. Even if one can't completely classify him with a specific mental disorder, it is easy to say that Jackson's fragile grip on reality is tenuous at best. The people who allowed him to go without treatment, and enabled his obviously disturbed behavior by willfully ignoring it are the ones who also need to be held accountable. However, we can't shift the blame entirely to them. Jackson still needs some sort of punishment, even if it is being institutionalized.
