Heh, click on statellite, zoom in all the way, and click on your name. It gives a nice amount of detail around where you live!

Mine's a bit south of where I actually live. =P Not saying how far though. You guys can guess on that yourself.
Like I need to give out cooridinates to nuke my house from orbit... or paintball it. <.<;;

I'm lost. I've gone to find myself. If I should return before I get back, please ask me to wait. Thanks.

My pointer is a couple of miles off too... Probably because it uses the Zip Code to place the pointer. Pretty close though, all things considered. I'm not sure I'd want the whole world to know the exact location of my home anyway...

Hey, sometimes the Production guys point it at Mt. Rainier!

Not a sweat on this end, my anti-orbital bombardment StarShield keeps me & m' neighbors safe.StrangeWulf13 wrote:Mine's a bit south of where I actually live. =P Not saying how far though. You guys can guess on that yourself.

However.......there is one interesting little anomaly. Solidus has my co-ords and sent me a satellite image of my place. The anomaly is that the image is 4 years old!
It shows a limo parked just off the driveway that I no longer drive, and a small red blurb in the middle of the driveway that was an experimental car that looked more like a land-locked rocket than a car that I sold in 2001.
Could this be a result of 9/11? I know MaqQuest suspended satellite imaging shortly after 9/11 and I wonder if this is the same scenerio?

Honesty is the best policy, but insanity is a better defence.
Yup....2 of 'em as a MOF. A yellow one with a Yamaha 350cc two cylinder and a chaindrive, which was the biggest engineering f**k up for something like this......nothing but drive train problems. And a red one, the one in the satelitte image, with a 1976 Honda GoldWing entire frame, engine/drive train assy. Much better, more power, water cooling and enough engine power to drive a small A/C unit. FAR superior to the yellow one.Squeaky Bunny wrote:You owned a pulse???!?
These units here appear to be later models with the twin headlights. My 2 had a single retracting (pop-up) headlight with ultra-bright halogen bulbs and a pair of halogen running lights mounted just under the leading edge of the 'wings' at the step ledge inboard of the pivot point.
The red one would do about 130 in the straights.....but you sure didn't want to try ANY maneuvers at that speed.

Yep, that's the business right across the street to the east of KAPP-TV.. pretty cool, huhh?CasVeg wrote:. . .is a graveyard.UncleMonty wrote:The lush and verdant countryside around here. . .
We have these big crows flying around all the time, too. Very "Goth". Penny would love it.
To the west is desert (think "High Plains Drifter") and Mt. Rainier in the far distance.
To the south is the "Airport" which serves primarily as a training location for military aircraft operating with the ground forces training in the desert. Beyond the airport is a low mountain ridge covered with sagebrush. Our transmitter is up there.
To the north, past our competitor KNDO-TV, is another ridge, the big building on it is a hospital.
I'm SO glad they had me install that webcam, so the entire world can witness the glory that is Yakima!!!
OK Sorry... Rant over...
