The last fanart thread was getting heavy at 33 pages so here's a new one.
To open this night's proceedings we have a little bit of pop culture referenceing sprite art for none other than Angry D. Monkey!

seeing it makes me feel like a child again ('cause I was a child when Donkey Kong was still in arcades).
Then again, my wife says I'm like a child a lot...
(quite cool, though!)

I'm working on something else at the moment, but it's a relatively simple coding job I think. We'll have to see. (I wanted to see one since I made the pic too =])

I echo what faub said. Now what I say is HOLY FREAKING CRAP THAT'S COOL!
Caught in the headlamp glare of your own blinding vanity/Mesmerised by the stare of your shallow personality
Gorging the junk food of flattery you drag your fat ego around/Everyone floored by the battering you give to whoever's around
Oh Narcissus you petulant child admiring yourself in the curve of my eyes/Oh Narcissus you angel beguiled unsated by self you do nothing but die

A fairly simple Rom-hack probably could. Make it so!

You ever do one of those? Not nearly as easy as one would think. I'd have to do some ASM crud too to change how stuff worked, and I'd have to learn how to edit palletes, locations, the barrels to tomato thingys would be rather hard too.
=] Not ragging on you, just saying that there is no such thing as a "simple rom-hack" =]
I'll use gamemaker just for ease of use. I know there's
better ways of making a game, but for ease it will do fine.
Although it sucks that Mac and Linux users are out of luck with it =[ [/list]

Yeah, I know...all I was saying that it actually would be within the abilities of the people here to make it a real game with enough effort.
