Hopefully i'm posting this thread in the right forum, I couldn't see any obvious 'noobs post here or else!!111' forum.
I'm 25, a New Zealander and I read too many fanasy/sci fi books. I've been looking around as i'm interested in setting up a webcomic of my own.
Not that I could draw to save my life.

Harumph!
My stickfigures... they started complaining. Seems other stickfigures had been teasing them for looking like they'd been drawn by a spastic minotaur who was dancing the polka at the time.

From my bio:
"I am no artist. I don't claim to be an artist (although my comics may refer to me that way through the fourth wall). I suck at drawing. No, really. When I honestly sit down to draw, the nicest thing people can say about my artwork is that it didn't blind them..."
You do not need to be a great artist to host a comic. Trust me.
Crossfire: "Thank you! That explains it very nicely, and in a language that someone other than a physicist can understand..."
Denial is not falsification. You can't avoid a fact just because you don't like it.
"Data" is not the plural of "anecdote"
As long as you have confidence, talent follows, yours or someone elses. Iffin' your not confident in your drawing, how about your writing? That can make ALL the difference.

Well, I got complimented on the 'sample script' I wrote at 3am after having been awake for three days straight in an effort to attract an artist.
