Hey, new user here on Keenspace and one of the authors of (Input Comic Name) - a crazy new sprite webcomic.

Anyways, I'm trying to login into my account at inputsiteaddresshere and the only there is when I do is the username and the logout button. How do I change this so I can upload my other comics and not lose my account?

I can still see my website, http://arcadia.keenspace.com, but I can't access the Web-FTP Philex. It's claiming that the authorization failed or something. However, I updated my webcomic via my own personal FTP, but it's just not updating on the main page, and I updated today. Help me out.

Sorry. I had to come back. I was just about to update my webcomic's webpages, including indextemplate and such, but my FTP saying that Permission is denied. I don't know what's going on. Please help.

Please remember, your username on the forums IS NOT, AND WILL NOT BE, your login username to KeenSpace's comic server (aka Butch). If you are using your forum name to log into FTP, Philex, or Web-FTP, do me a favor, ok?

I just signed up for some comic space and also can't log in:

user name: geekstryingtobefunny
site: geekstryingtobefunny.keenspace.com

My password won't work; I also tried to generate a new password but I get the message "User name not found!"

I believe a tool has been already run but can you please check in on my account as well?

I seem to be having a problem, as well...

Just recently, I got my password email after the 7 day wait. I went to enter the password, but it did not work, claiming that the password was incorrect, but the form was working. I tried everything...went through the process of setting up a custom password and activating it, trying all my browsers (all of which were above the required version), accepting all cookies, turning off my firewall...nothing helped. Not a thing. If I can't get my account working before the 14-day period expires, I don't think I'll even attempt to wait another 2 weeks for the whole signup process to happen again. I'm already on the verge of quitting and never picking up a drawing pencil again, out of sheer frustration.

Please assist me before I slam my lightboard tracer through the monitor. o_O

I'm having trouble logging into keenspace I tried entering my username and pass and it doesnt work I tried changing the pass but it says user not found I searched for my site and it is there. I have waited for all the required days and have done everything I could think of, I really could you some help..the site name is grizd.keenspace.com

I'm able to log in with both my usernames hellsing and snrpg, but neither hellsing.keenspace.com nor snrpg.keenspace.com will load in my browser. (I get "Unable to contact http://www.keenspace.com" errors.)

Not sure if this is a derivative of the same problem or something new, but I figured it was worth mentioning.

Ok...from what I have read so far, this may have effected me as well, which would put a hole lot into prospective.
I got my Actavation E-mail on June 22, but i gave it a few days As it asked for, before I tried to access my account.
When I did try, i got the same thing allot of the people here got.
It told me that my account didnt exest...So i gave it a few more days.
And wonce again the same thing. Its been two and a half weeks now, and nothing has changed. So I decided to varify my username, And it tells me that Its there, That my account actavation is complete.
yet my username and my password cannot be found.
Apon using an FTP client, it shows that my user name is there and my account is active, But it tells me that my password is wrong.
I go to change my password and my user name and account doesnt exest. Ect ect and so forth. I have tried this over and over again for the past three days, And I have gotten knowhere.

Mine's still funky too, I tried to change the password but that lost password page says "Username not found! Contact a wrangler on the forums.".

Should I just wait til the 30th?

I was messing around with my new account the other day and thought that I had broken something by editing the index.htm, but maybe it's this crash problem you speak of? When I try to log into the ftp using smartftp, it gives me the following red lines...
"An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine."
"Connection timeout. No response from server."

I really need to ask: did you get the chance to try and fix my account at inputsiteaddresshere.keenspace.com because the account that I opened is going to close this saturday since there is only one comic.
