I guess this is sort of a lame suggestion but I haven't seen an interview of nicholas gurewitch (Perry Bible Fellowship - http://cheston.com/pbf/archive.html) anywhere and I would really, really, really like to see that done. Otherwise most of the other suggestions have sounded pretty on the ball.

The non-keenspace comic I'd suggest (which is also my all-time favorite forever) is Malakhim ( http://www.malakh.com/comic.php ) It's probably the most intriguing read I've had in a long, long time, and on a sheer, well-written weirdness scale it ranks up there next to Stephen King's Dark Tower series.
