Some amusing ones I don't think anyone has mentioned yet:
Zachary Parker - Flatwood
Jonathan Ruiz - My So Called Knife
And one already suggested that I'll just reinforce:
TLH - Twice Destined

Keep in mind that these are only those who have been updating lately, haven't been mentioned, and are on keenspace. I have no idea how popular any of these people are
http://twokinds.keenspace.com/ <= Current favorite
http://magicalartistpencil.keenspace.com <= Love the panel layout
http://mmob.keenspace.com
http://therules.keenspace.com <= he hasn't updated lately, and the bastard needs to be pushed towards it
http://vileterror.keenspace.com/ <= Ok, I don't read this, but VileTerror's project is ambitious enough to deserve an interview anyway.
I also throw another vote at Interviewing Ms. Burgundy.

Someday, someday I'll finish Confabulation. That day is not today, however.

Here are some super talented people I think would make for interesting interviews;
Diana, creator of the AMAZING Antique white house
Raquel from the dr Pepper show
James from tankhat.com creator of beserker rage and others

I guess this is sort of a lame suggestion but I haven't seen an interview of nicholas gurewitch (Perry Bible Fellowship - http://cheston.com/pbf/archive.html) anywhere and I would really, really, really like to see that done. Otherwise most of the other suggestions have sounded pretty on the ball.

*realizes she is on nobody's "must read list" and begins plotting her comeback takeover*
Um...lemme think.
My favs right now are
Black Tapistries (Jakkal gave you her address)
Longest Sojourn ( http://longestsoljourn.keenspace.com )
Alpha Luna ( http://alphaluna.keenspace.com )
Tales of Pylea ( http://talesofpylea.keenspace.com )
Shifters ( http://shifters.keenspace.com )
Feyenne ( http://feyenne.keenspace.com )
The non-keenspace comic I'd suggest (which is also my all-time favorite forever) is Malakhim ( http://www.malakh.com/comic.php ) It's probably the most intriguing read I've had in a long, long time, and on a sheer, well-written weirdness scale it ranks up there next to Stephen King's Dark Tower series.
