Hmmm... it's listed as activated but not complete.

What I'm more worried about is vulpinearts's account. It's listed as completed but does not show up on the account field.

Wait a few more days. If it hasn't arrived it might need attention.

Okay, I just got home and checked my yahoo mail, and I got a mail from Keenspace saying "You failed to enter the verification code within 14 days, so the account name has been released for possible use again." Um...never got the email with the verification code in it in the first place sooooo......what now?

The joining-ness ish being mean...

Post by Myth_Stoorfoot »

Uhm, hi. I'm Lydia, and when I try to sign up for an account on Keenspace, it says that there is an error, because my phone number code apparantly doesn't "match the country".
It seems to be happy with the actual number, but it doesn't want to accept the code at all.
I was wondering if you could shed some light onto this situation?...
Thanks for your help and co-operation (if you give it. Heh).

Wishes,
Lydia

According to my comic status page a confirmation e-mail has been sent, but I've yet to recieve it. Is this a bad thing or normal?

That means the phone area code you entered doesn't match the one for the country you entered.

Check your area code http://www.countrycallingcodes.com

Um, what country are you putting down again?

Damnit. Somehow the verification mail sent didn't get to you :( But wait, you said you entered the activation code, did you not?

I'm sorry to have to say this, but I think you'll have to sign up again.

Normally, after you first activate your site, it takes a week or more for the password to come. You activated your site about a week ago, right? So, it should get to you any day now. :D

I am having trouble signing up

Post by Catgrrrl »

Hi :O

I filled out the form, gave a description of my comic, and sent the sample
but for some reason it always takes me to the sign-up page after I've tried to do everything step by step.
Does this means I'm getting denied??I hope not...my comic is alot like Tank Girl and I hope the subject matter is'nt considered "offensive".
I do want to get it up though.I think artistically it is worth seeing.
Sincerely,
Isabella Acuna

Hm...

Post by TonkaTrain »

Hey,

I'm sorry to bother but I'm having the same problem as Catgrrrl and my sample's KB are well under 500 too. I've tried signing up about 3 times a day since 4 days but I just get sent back to the sign up page everytime. When I tried registering in the forum section with my hotmail email (username:Chocochococat) the activation e-mail was never received . I just registered with my yahoo email (I seldom use that one) and I got the activation email almost right away. Is that the problem? If that's it, it's quite bothersome because like I said, I seldom use my yahoo account and I mostly just check emails on hotmail.

Please help me. Thank you! :D

Hmm... check status says 'Chocochococat' in not in the signup queue. When that happens that means that the form was never submitted.

The criteria for the sample is that it has to be a comic. Whether it's adult or not, well... Keenspace has NC-17 comics hosted on it so that's really not a factor.

If you can sign up for yahoo though, you can change your email to hotmail later, I think.
