Re: Problems re-applying
Thank you. I was just worried, as I wasn't sure if it had gone through or was just re-setting the webpage. I couldn't remember how long the email took the last time.-Fanny pack wrote:The email takes at least a week to arrive. Please be patient.
I appreciate your advice.

Re: Problems re-applying
so if the page just resets itself that means that it went through? Because that kept happening to me. I was just wondering if that's what normally happens or if i did something wrong.julielight wrote:Last night, (Sunday night) I applied for an additional account with Keenspace.
I don't believe it went through, as I have not recieved an email in reply, nor did it tell me it signed up properly. It just kind of - reset itself.

ok...
I'm trying to sign up here, but I've hit a snag:
Phone Number Format: 1 - (area) - prefix - number in USA/Canada,
others Country- (Area) - Prefix(if applicable) - Number
Phone Number: [___]-[(___)]-[____]-[_____]
I'm kinda confused as to what I'm supposed to do here... see, where I come from we use an eight digit phone-number, no area code or anything... something like this: 12345678 (no, thats not my number)
the international extension for where I'm at is +45 (Denmark) - where should that go? and where should the big number go?
help me out here, k? I wanna be a webcomic artist!

To all those who can't figure out the phone number part: use this to figure it out.

Did you try any combination of numbers? If you enter an invalid one, it'll just tell you to try again, so you have nothing to lose.webkilla wrote:011 + 45 + The Number-Fanny pack wrote:To all those who can't figure out the phone number part: use this to figure it out.

Try putting the first 3 digits of your phone number in the "Prefix" box and the last 5 in the "Number" box.webkilla wrote:I'd prefer getting someone from keenspace to tell what the right way to do it is - dun wanna screw something up that might come back to haunt me later on
Also, since they don't really use this info anyways, it really doesn't matter even if you mess up. It won't and can't come back to haunt you.
