For the newsletter (click the signiature damnit!) I'l be doing a story on the recent controversies over naming rights and keenspace. I was wondering who had strong views one way or another and wanted to go on the record. I do expect people to be... well coherent. I am trying to be objective here and here I am mostly wanting to get a clearer idea of what's going on. I can't promise anything, but you may get quoted!
If you are interested let me know here or PM me.
Just seing who wants to comment on this

Caught in the headlamp glare of your own blinding vanity/Mesmerised by the stare of your shallow personality
Gorging the junk food of flattery you drag your fat ego around/Everyone floored by the battering you give to whoever's around
Oh Narcissus you petulant child admiring yourself in the curve of my eyes/Oh Narcissus you angel beguiled unsated by self you do nothing but die

I think CAS is referring to this.
So don't worry; your intellectual property probably isn't in any danger.

It seems that no matter how many times you say it, or how loud you say it, people will still be stupid and not know the difference between keenspace and keenspot because they're names are very similar.
Now, if I were still on keenspace I'd be totally against changing the name for the sake of people are lazy and don't like to update bookmarks. And also I like the name and hate change. I want to say that I wouldn't mind the change now because I'm on Keentoons, but I kind of still do because I'm a little nostaglic for it.

Yup! That was it. Though I never really meant to cause thread necromancy because of it. In any case, now that I know where that darn thread is I'l just contact a few of the more outspoken ones. Though if you still feel strongly and want to vent to the world let me know.Cope wrote:I think CAS is referring to this.
