Truly.
I don't know why, but I really, really enjoy this one. The dialogue and the faces make me giggle. And I think of the voices from the cartoon saying this dialogue too.

I've made a couple in my time, not all that funny.
I can take no credit for them, I'm getting them from the hive-mind of the SA forums.

Seems a bit obvious. My other guess would have been Fark. However they're more into photoshop.

The truly sad thing about these spoofs are the fact that they are all funnier that Garfield itself was in it's prime.
Could you post a link to the thread where you got these?
And someone is going to fanfic hell for that slash fiction...

Forum searched SA for 'garfield'
Filtered out all the FYAD threads (LOL HEY GUYS RANDOM WORDS GARFIELD POPE ALAMO NEVER FORGET) and indeed there are some damn good craftings involving garfield.
Edit: Meaning that I've cherrypicked from a lot of garfield threads. There are some other damn fine ones, but the humor doesnt translate well in a non-SA enviroment.
