im not sure- i wasnt able to look into the matter but i think it was something to do with the admin or something acidentally locking heaps of forums because the comic hadnt been updated or something...

like i said im not positive though...

you're right Moo, the poor Mods have to do so much, they have to read through thousands of posts and organise, shuffle and delete and keep an eye out for any potential wrong doings. Like warning people who do the wrong thing -puts hand up for recieving a warning-

my own fault though.

All comics also got shuffled and locked if they had not been updated or visited by their comic owners for a year. we will most likely have this problem again if Kellie does not come back and post.

I feel sorry for strwolf she has so much to do! but im sure she'll get there! remeber, even though this is a free forum for us, it costs money to run and moderate it, to buy bandwidth to run it and maintain and keep it going. thats why the ads are here on the right hand side or at the top of the screen.

i think its horrible when people abuse their lives and the lives of other people around them so terribly when they have no need. I can understand when somone is feeling so horrible about their lives and how they dont want to continue living and they may think that their life is just full of shit but they should really stop and think about all the other people that are close to them and consider what they would be feeling about the situation. People often do not stop to think about others feeling nor to put others before themselves and therefore sometimes end their lives, never thinking of what would happen afterwards to all the people who knew and loved them...

Sorry for rambling the point was that i dont think people really appreciate life and the people surrounding them all that much...

why stop now? it has only just begun! life challenges us, sometimes makes us look for the easy way out, but to leave the ones we love behind, and the ones who love us, is tragic and unneccessary. We all can lose focus, thats why our friends are there to help guide us and show us what me might not see in ourselves.

Tragedy, rejection, self loathing, abuse, neglect, can corner and shelter us from the outside world. But not all people are like that, not everyone is out to abuse, mistreat, take advantage of, or damage trust, but there are those out there who do.

Avoid these people at all costs, and look for the good people out there...they are there, in the background, the kindly lady at the supermarket, who helps to show you where the flour is, the young boy who stops to pick up something you dropped, the teacher who cares about her classes education and makes it important to them, the doctor who cares about their patient, not about their dollar value and all the volunteers who offer their own time to make our world a better place.

Every day in Bendigo alone (population 100,000 or so) there are over 600 hundred homeless people, each one fed and given shelter by volunteers who run the soup kitchen every night without fail and will serve anyone, regardless of race, religion, color or creed?

Some people just need that helping hand, and some guidance in there lives, maybe they have lost everything and have nothing to go back to. A shoulder to cry on, some guidance, mixed a little compassion can help them see their own self worth. Maybe enough to give them the strength they need to get through it. with a little help...miracles can happen...even if that miracle is a smile...and a new sense of self value.

Very true- it just gets to me so much when people just through their lives away over stupid things- like just drinking til youre so out of it all the time and smoking and all that other shit and basically throwing their bodies in the gutter to be mistreated by anybody and everybody- its disgusting really. People often think they have a really horrible life and i know this is kind of cliched but do they ever think about all those poor little African children who cant even get an education and cant afford clean drinking water- who will probably die before the age of five because they have aids and there is no cure?

But i also understand what youre saying about how a lot of people have just chosen a wrong path and need to be redirected by their friends (if that is what you are saying) and sometimes it is hard for them to deal with their emotional pain/stress but it really hurts when you see a friend throwing their life away over nothing and they wont let you in to try and help them out and you just get so frustrated because they are just throwing it all away without even trying to let you help...

Well to be PC there is no meaning its just because we are a species that has gone throgh 200 billion years of evolution although the theory of evolution has never really been 100% prooved correct but The garden of Eden is a bit stupid as Dinosaurs scientificly disproove that theory

at least vampz is back! sometimes I hate life- it cant just let you have a smooth ride for like a teeny second or it does but its really just deceiving you so that it can hurl a rock into the path of your smooth ride and then just fill your life back up with all this shit that you dont really want to deal with right at that second. i know i know life is supposed to be filled with those potholes or whatever because i suppose it would get boring but at least you would have a nice calm peacful happy time! we're not really on this earth for a long time so why cant the time that we are here be a nice time instead of being stressful and just full of a lot of shit that you have to go through to try and find the good stuff??

Sorry im kinda being a real cynic but its just the way i feel and it feels good to talk about it like this!

you are so right with this Hope. Even if they dont listen to you, all you can do is stand by them when they need you most!. Emotional support can mean the world to someone who really needs it, and friends can give us the emotional care that few others, including family, can give.

Sara can tell you more about this, if she is wiling to share, but that is up to her. Stand by your friend who is not listening, be prepared to accept her choices, as they are his/her own decisions. Stand firm with them on how you feel, and let them know that you are their friend and have there well being at heart. If it makes them think twice, even if only for second, then you have made all the difference in the world.

They know you are their friend.
