War's was a good example. It makes me think differently about photos. I've been looking at images and paying more attention to the way light falls.

Sometimes the simple things like this can be elusive. "Forrest for the trees", and all that.

Wow! You guys are so awesome. Even when I post a silly question in the wrong forum you guys are helpful! I did search for other threads about shading but the reason I couldn't find any was probably because I was wasn't paying attention and searched the 'general discussion’ not in ‘tips and techniques’.
Haha newbies, we’re so annoying.
And please excuse my forum ignorance but, is there some way I can move it or does a mod have to do that?
