September: Well I got signed up and figured out how to use the 'space.
October: Regular comics start appearing on Monday and I can finally get rid of the Jesus placeholder comic that's been up for two weeks now.
Hopefully by the end of October I can increase my update frequency from the cautious twice-weekly that I'm starting out with.
And away we go!

Sept sucked, between mouth sugery, my e.r. visit and the continous worsening of whatever the heck is wrong with me I haven't been able to update for a month now.
With Oct, some better information at hand(and insurance) Hopefully I'll be ablee to figure out what's wrong and start being able to update again.

August marked the one year anniversary of my first web comic "Random Acts of ADP", and what a year it was. Broken promises, missed deadlines and a well of ideas that just dried up one day. In late August I decided to finally stop lying to myself and retire the strip.
In September, everything changed! Since September is the one year anniversary of my having a KeenSpace account, I decided to take another stab at doing a web comic. This time I would go with a more simple style than I had used with Random Acts. I would publish on a set schedule of Monday Wednesday and Friday, instead of trying to fool myself into believing I could produce 5-7 days a week.
So, on September 13th, RA Comics relaunched with a new strip, "Westerwald Place". Readership isn't where I would like it to be, but I'm not surprised by it. My lousy posting schedule, missed deadlines and weeks and weeks of cut and paste strips, probably chased away more readers than I will be able to get back anytime soon.
So now we are going through a rebuilding process. My "day job" is going to require me to travel in mid-January through early February (about 22 days). So my first goal is to not miss a day between now and when I leave in January. Second goal is to have a strip up by at least 5:00AM Eastern, every scheduled day.
I look forward to October and plan to use this month to build my advertising skills as I make banners and the like, to promote the site. By the end of October I would like to be averaging twice my daily average now.

I don't know if I could continue reading a Star Bored that was built on such a thin tissue of lies and deception.Mr.Bob wrote:In September I did nothing.
In October I intend to fabricate all my update dates in order to make September look as it was filled wth honest hard work.
. . . ah, what the hell. You did an awesome job this past month, man! Keep it up!

At the end of August, I finally started coloring some of my comic. I don't color full panels (mostly becasue infinite canvas doesn't have panels, but I have been getting much positive feedback from my faithful readers. August and September have been incredibly busy months though, so I have only been updating the comic once a week and doing a piece of additional art or guest art each week to hone my photoshop skills.
October - Draw current story arc to a close, get back to some one comic jokes for a stretch and plan my next story arc. I also need to take some initiative and ask some artists to share links with me!
Good luck to everyone!

September: 3 cons in three consecutive weekends. I'm broke. And somewhere along the way I lost around 10000 page views. I noticed that people had kinda stopped posting on the tag board, but I hadn't thought that the Lost in Space ending would be that depressing.
October: hopefully the fliers I handed out all through september will have SOME noticable effect.

This webcomic, seen here is hosted on the free web host Comic Genesis which pretty much proves its not popular.

September: Finish the Black Hole question. Done. Do a fun intermission... not done - by pure good timing and good luck The Mansion of E saved my ass on that. Do a quick question on ducks. Done.
Rating: 2 outta 3.
October: Introduce ABOL's mom in an intermission, start and finish question on cloning. Finish intermission for first week of november and finish the next question for queue so that the comic runs while I'm getting married and on the honeymoon.

In September I got back on the horse, which was refreshing to get back rolling again.
In October I intend to keep drawing stuff as long as the current virus I have can't figure out how to wipe my drive like it keeps trying too. Oh, and hopefully McAfee will get off it's ass and come up with a fix for it.
And now I'm going to go look at those bar graphs of pageviews and stuff and scratch my head and wonder what they mean. I keep forgetting to do that. Someday I'll understand what I'm looking at.
