If you could rename Keenspace, what would you rename it as?

The main advantage I think WCN will have over other sites is that it will handle subscriptions. Basically, anything Modern Tales does, Webcomicsnation would do. So if you wanted to charge people, say, $5 per year to read your comic (or your team's comics), you could actually use the same system Modern Tales does.

Is "SpaceKeen" taken? Or "ecapsneek"?

Would that be pronounced, E-cap-sneek, E-caps-neek, or Ek-apps-neek?"ecapsneek"
When I first started my webcomic I was using the space provided by my ISP. Then I started hearing horror stories of webcomics that became really popular, or got slashdotted and I panicked. About the same time I was having to move IRL due to my day job and would be losing my ISP. So with those concerns in mind I looked at Keenspace. I was already somewhat familiar with Spot and Space from reading the comics there.
After doing my strip for awhile and watching my unique hits I realized that I was in no danger of ever going over my bandwith limit at any ISP for a long time. But the convenience still remained that no matter where I lived, as long as I had access to a PC and the Internet I could do my strip. The added benefit of archiving and auto-updating made Keenspace to good to walk away from in my opinion. Then I discovered the community here on the forums. As I have said before, I don't participate much in community activities (here or IRL) but I love that it is here, and I've learn so much from it being here. I would hate for that to go away.
My long term goals, however, do not include Keenspace/Spot or whatever. It has always been my intention that I would build my skills on Keenspace and maybe someday if I'm ever good enought move on to Keenspot. And eventually someday become the Watterson of the internet and move on to have my own community where I would pay for the hosting of my own site and forums and online store and become extremely rich (well, at least make enough for the comics to pay for itself and me to pay rent and eat).
Obviously, if you've ever read my strip, I'm a long way from that end goal, and I very much appreciate the service that Keenspace provides to the webcomic community. I feel that Space has always been a place for comic strip artists to build their craft and when they become better to move onward and upward. I hate that there is any animosity between Spacers and Spotters, but it is there and will always be there regardless if it is right or wrong, and regardless of what the names of either group is.
I recently read an article on Comixpedia called "Are you tired of hearing this yet? DRAW " by Damonk and think that we should all take his advice.
Stop complaining, stop whining and DRAW. Stop talking about each other in a bad way and DRAW.
So to sum up,
Keenspace-good but temporary
Everyone wants to make enough money to live
Talking about people is bad, and if you do it we will talk about you.
I need to learn how to draw.

Like every other way random thing, it started in the chatroom. It was something like:Derenge wrote:Where the heck did doombees come from anyway, is that just a totally random name?
They are bees and they are made of doom.
--I suggest Keenbees (or Beespace or something), "everyone likes bees, right?"
--Someone says they hate bees.
--Feru says "Doombees!"
--I latch onto the name and blurt out "EVERYONE VISIT MY COMIC AT MERCURYHAT.DOOMBEES.COM" and we all degenerate into giggles.
--I post part of this conversation somewhere in this thread.
I guess it just kinda rolls off the tongue.

plus it's so easy to advertise. you just need someone willing to dress as a bee and pass out flyers at cons.
