I voted Ninja, cause Ninjas are hands down more r0x0rz than Pirates. I mean look at Shinobi.

But... over all, If I had a choice, I'd go with androids. Androids pwns j00 all.

Ninja:
Silent, deadly warriors who can creep up and kill you.
Must always be quiet, or speak in hushed monotones.
If they go through life and nobody knows their name, they are successful.

Pirates:
Based on what they eat, let out farts that are silent and deadly and can creep up and kill you.
Can say ARRRRR! and Hoot and hollar all they like.
If legends and stories are written about them, they are successful.

As for ninja games - there are way too many of them. Ninja are commonplace. Everyone has one. Hell, I have two (they hang out in my closet most of the time). And they all look the same!

Pirates are collectors items, and they are unique.
