Artist Tutorials

Post by Faub »

This is intended to be a collection of tutorials from Keenspace (and other) artists. Baka Neko and Polykarbon don't count. These are for tutorials that you as an artist or writer have created to explain your process.

Rules:
1. The tutorial must be yours. If you want to post a tutorial you found on another website, please put it here..

2. If you are reposting a tutorial you made in another thread (THESE ARE GOOD! PLEASE DO THIS!) please include a link to the original thread so we can get the context in which the tutorial was created.

3. Please include a short description or category.
(ex. How to Create a Tagboard Using PHP: http://stripedb.freeshell.org/php.html)

Requests are welcome.

Various tutorials mostly for B/W comics, semi-realistic style (though I did only one by now, two more on a way).

EDIT: There's more tutorials now there (6)
Also, RPin's post points to his old adress.

Hey Joel, great tutorial, but I think you lost me in the "Font" section. Is it just me, or did you switch "sans-serif" and "serif" a few times?

Joel, great tutorial, but you might want to add a section about choosing font and background colours, especially picking colours that contrast well. Other than that, very good advice.

I think he's answering Funnycozitstrue.

And since I've made a post anyway. New tutorial! Inspired from a conversation with RPin, no less.
