Character Assassination

Okay, a more organized set of guidlines:

This is a comic community crossover event similar to the Web Comic Secret Santa which took place during December. However, it would be preferable if you stuck to the theme of this event.

Basically you mark one of your characters for assassination when you join.
Your character will be randomly assigned to another webcartoonist who will use one of his/hers/theirs/its characters to kill yours.
You will also get to kill someone's character.

This death doesn't have to be canon. (meaning if you don't really want your character dead, then they aren't officially dead or anything)
It's just for kicks and link exchange.

To join please send an email to nillace@hotmail.com including:
A) your comic's URL
B) the email address you want your assassin to send the image(s) to
C) the name of the character you want assassinated (include a link to a bio page if you have one)

Sign-ups close on April 26th at 9 pm EST. This will also be when I randomize who gets who. I will then send you an email with the address of your target. The final comics/fanarts will be due on May 10th.

More to come, possibly including a web page.

I don't have a character who can kill War.

But I DO have one that can DEFEAT him.

But I'd stack Skye up against War any day. I'd sell tickets, provide the folding chairs and the popcorn. We'd all watch through binoculars or on the telephoto TV screen for the lazier of us. It would be, as said in "Dynamo Joe", a "Wallystomper of a fight."

(still might have to put 1.75 to 1 odds on War though. He's just too bad ass.

Makes autokeen question the use of the ***kill_mcduffies*** tag. Thus, the ***kill_mcduffies*** tag has the possibility of failing.

Maybe I should have just gone totally manga on my comic, and given all my characters Japanese names.
Both Skye and Raven have the same names as someone else's main characters.
That is annoying.

Any batlle against War would be a sell-out.
It'd be very short, but it would be a sell-out.
Like the All-Star Game.
Not like the World Series.
Of, course, unlike the All-Star game, I doubt it will end in a tie.

EDIT: And Skye was who I wanted to put in for this match, too!
Can we have two Skyes?

I get the feeling about half of my characters would go off and get drunk with War...which is not entirely a bad thing, mind you.

If you guys want this stickied, it needs to at least look like an event. There are 7 stickies already. When's it set to end? What are the rules? Etc.
