Mummy, there's a chopper in the sky....

Post by Mako »

Anyone else catch the chopper in the 1st panel of today's strip? It also appears in the 11/20 strip in the 4th panel. Hmm...

Scott, your artwork of Napoleon is exceptionally good in this strip. More close ups of all your cast please :D

I've noticed that as well, Mako. Upon closer analysis using your HiRezFox (Cool name. You should market it.) archive, there's nothing of concern. The chopper in question is only dark grey, therefore it shouldn't be considered a threat like a black helicopter.

In all seriousness, perhaps it's just part of Rutherington-Symthe's security detail?

In "The Prisoner" they often had glass nosed helicopters with big
grey floats flying in and out.

More closeups? :)

Glad ya like!

I'll keep that in mind. :D

Well Desgar nailed it, and here I was hoping for another Fire Team Gold rescue ;-) http://www.hirezfox.com??? Hmm....

If I had the bandwidth, I'd set that up for any of my fav artists to to use in a heart beat, alas right now I can't cover the bill for that kind of bandwidth :-/

Scott: Ya, more closeups :D Tasty stuff!

Choppers Ho!

Post by Star-Gazer »

FYI, I've put a pic up on Tailswish.com/gallery of Fire Team Gold riding in on the external benches of a pair of MH-6 'Little Bird' helos.. I want to try that someday! ;)

Somehow, I just can't help but think of Jimi Hendrix' 'Purple Haze' playing in the background to that pic, though..

Stargazer that image just rock 'n rolls. I can almost smell the napalm in the morning...

Wagner's Ride Of Valkyries is playing on the brain-powered headset here, I suppose I'm dating my self quite nicely, oh well

In any case, most impressive!

PS: I fixed my oops on the proper name for Fire Team Alpha in the msg above, my bad.
