I had made plasti-clay models of my two main characters for reference purposes some time ago. Now, I'm gonna paint them. The following step involves a webcam to take stills of the characters, and put it against a photo as a background. Or maybe the "comic" can simply be set in my dorm room.

Those are very nicely modelled though! I could never get the hang of clay or plastascine myself... Always found computer modelling so much easier and cleaner ^.^

right now i'm making plans for a wood and plastic model of the building in the comic. Naturally, since the original comic wasn't CG, neither will the live action form. The fact I dont know how to model on the computer made the decision quite easy.

Well, that certainly takes guts. Or at least patience. Or chocolate. Yes, chocolate would do the trick. I know I couldn't do any modeling of my NeTrek characters, real or imagined. Well, I did once do a little clay model of my old "Bumble" avatar . . .

I've already shot all the scenes for the first story. It takes about a couple minutes to shoot each scene, a few to write the script, and a few more to put in the subtitles. I hope they're not too hard to follow, as it doesnt really specify who's talking.

Hey, Taiwanimation, how do you insert chinese letters? How large is that font in kB?

The chinese letters are typed in using the program NJSTAR and the font is measured in megs, not kB, it's about 5 MB.
