he is the biggest and bestest art type guy i know. i like his art soo much i actually got the $100 hardcover limited edition of his first book. only two of those left by the way.

I have to admit, I haven't heard of him. Neat scan though, I'll look him up in a search engine when I get home.

I won't bother listing the obvious anime/manga influences I've had, but I really liked Aidan Hughes's stuff. He's the KMFDM cover artist, I think he did some videos as well.

the art work is bad ass! but does the writting match? and where do i find a copy?

i just got finished reading the dark night returns by frank miller for the millionth time and i need something new.

Ashley Wood is actually a busy guy. he also has his own comic books out popbot 1 & 2 i'm not sure if the third is out yet, and if not very very close. they're quarterly. he does a lot if illiustrations for idw products, kids books and his own art books, Uno & Dos Fanta. plus the comics illustration of spawn batman and hulk to start with. i'm very envious.

He also did the last Uncanny X-Men annual. His Wolverine and Archangel were both very very evocative. All the fans hated it. I don't buy Uncanny (not yet at least) so I had a long laugh.
