Ok, I have never directly spoken to Buster Charlie, or even know who he is personally. All I know is that he and Dave have been friends for a long time.

Buster has added a lot of character and fun to this forum, along with other things. Sure he has pissed a few people off, but this is no reason for him to feel the need to edit every single one of his posts with the word "gestalt", or whatever.

BC is a main character in RTD 1 and 2, and probably 3. He is important to us in so many more ways than we realize.

As some of you may know, Dave had a seizure just recently here, and I know first hand that some seizures can be brought about by stress and depression. (I have epilepsy).
This may very well have been caused by the stress of Dave losing a very close friend. Im sure some of you can understand that.

Now, I would like to propose that we beg bustercharlie to stay, and not leave us, and be civil to one another. We all know now that it wasn't the real bustercharlie posting all that crap, and it was some imposter. Come on people... LET'S DROP THIS CRAP!

I am REALLY REALLY REALLY...I can't stress this enough...REALLY REALLY REALLY wishing that the days of the old JACK forum could return. Anyone agree?

while i don't really take offence to BC, i havn't been around that long on the boards...i havn't even seen RTD.

but yeah, as bill & ted once said...be excellent to one anouther.

Well I agree. Even though I havent been on this board long, I also want everything to be back to the way it was. for shits sake lets just drop this crap

Yes. Buster Charlie (the flooder) was so different in style to bustercharlie (the original) that I'm ashamed to have connected the two. There should be room for all thinkers on all forums, and Jack is no exception.

Hey... I hate to be the voice of the asshole here, but Buster almost made Michael leave over something much more pety. I'm not for him either staying or leaving, but neither would I feel to bad if he left. If he were a nicer person, nobody ever would have made the connection in the first place.

*puts on helmet*

I apriciate all of this, but I'm gonna take a vacation from this place. Dave and I have made amends, we're cool, it was a misunderstanding. The fact that my posts here could even lead to Dave thinking I was not his friend is too much for me to bear. I've removed all of my posts, I'm not proud of some of the stuff I posted, and even the stuff I thought was funny (the pics I did) I removed, maybe a sort of penance. Anyway, maybe i'll see you around later. Maybe not.

*Wham!* Foddercat colides into the bewildered Cypress with a loud crash.

Foddercat: "Ow... good thing I had that helmet on, hey! nice catch!"

Cypress: "*Moan...* Why me god... why?"

Foddercat got off of Cypress and helped him to his feet.

Cypress: "What was the big idea coming out at me like that?"

Foddercat: "Sorry 'bout that, I was kinda shot out of a canon... thanks for breaking my fall again!"

Cypress rubbed his side. "I think you bruised a few ribs... say, is that the guy who shot you at me?"

Foddercat: "Yup! I flew like a birdy! whee!"

Cypress: "Musta hit your head harder than I thought... herm, I consider that an official challenge to the arena master!"

Cypress takes out his sword and places the NS in the pummel, causing Cypress to phase into his war regalia...

Cypress: "He used a cheap shot... heh, a good turn deserves another!"

He pointed his sword to the ground... sudenly the dirt bulged up like a mole hill!

Foddercat: "Uh... I remember this! Hee!"

The mole hill runs underneath the ground towards the unknowing Penance, as it streaks through the earth it leaves a raised vein of dirt behind it... Penance is still unaware.

Penance: "Whoa! that was something... whats that sound?"

Three feet away from Penance the dreaded tendrils that destoyed the possessed form of Foddercat spring from the ground impaling Penance throughout his body.

Penance: "Damnit!" More tendrils spring forth and skewer the wretched form of the fallen angel.

Cypress: "Kids, this won't be pretty..." Cypress thrusts his blade in a raising arc, simultaneously the tendrils explods ripping Penance to pieces and scattering his remains accross the forum from this topic over to "How innocent is Fnar?". Foddercat gulps. "That was a bit much..."

Cypress: "Yeah, guess it was." Cypress sheaths his sword and revives Penance a few feet away from where Cypress is standing. Penance shakes his head and rubs the back of his neck.

Penance: "What was that for?"

Cypress: "You attacked an arena master, that is an official chalenge by the arena laws... even though your ammo was feline Telnedrians."

Penance: "Gah! that sucked!"

Foddercat: "Yeah, I don't like flying much myself..."

Cypress: "So... you wanna play cards or something now?"

Penance: "Sure, why not?"

Foddercat: "Yay! how about skyrie!"

Cypress: "Skywaa?"

Foddercat: "Skyrie! it's fun! I'll show you how to play..."

Penance: "This is weird, do you always do this after you kill each other?"

Both: "Yup!"

Penance: "Freaks..."

Foddercat: "... Right, anyway here is what you do..." They played cards until the issue of cheating came up and they emediatly got into a rather painful fist fight... it turned out no one cheated after all.

I hope both bustercharlie and mr Hopkins relax and take it easy for a while when it feels so. I love his stories, but I want him not to stress himself with it. I have experiences how the fun in drawing could sometimes feel missing, when it feels too forced. The break for moment and recalculating helps in that. Bustercharlie is welcome back whenever he decide to return I believe

and whenever mr Hopkins draws, I love to see it ^.^

I think both BCs at least taking a month to cool off away from the forum would do wonders for both the forum and Dave's health.

That being the alternative to outright banning. Just my opinion.
