boring! My majors those were.
Yeah..yeah they are, in fact, pretty boring.
I survived my CS classes because I had so many friends and other distractions, so I never had to do any work.
Econ, while it may be boring, is pretty intersting to me. I really enjoy thinking out the problems, solving the problems, that kind of thing. I never really tried to memorize the larger equations that we used in my advance classes because it was always more fun to derive the equation during the test. I drew on my notes a lot in that class, but if you're into things like microeconomics, income and the employment level, or money, than it can be really interesting.
------------------

Yeah....once I hit college I couldn't handle classes I wasn't interested in. I took a few french classes and they totally kicked my ass. As did astronomy and geology. Anything that's science or a foreign language really. But anything math or english or history or theater or computer science was usually okay.

Well,
It's important to take classes that are interesting to you, otherwise your grades die. Or at least that's what happens to me. I used to be really good at forcing myself to do well in classes that weren't interesting to me. I was a real science freak in high school but now that I am in University it doesn't interest me anymore. Which is not so great because that drags down my GPA
seem as how that's all I took aside from english first semester. O well, to history and fun stuff next semester. I just hope the Faculty of Science doesn't boot my booty!!
-Amber

I have a mental block for Math. I suck so bad that I spent 45minutes on 1 1/2 questions on my Linear Algebra final,( I mean come on, LINEAR ALGEBRA?? THAT STUFF IS EASY) out of 7 questions and I got 3% on my second mid term. Think that woulda been a hint to drop the course? Nah, I am stubborn and think I am invincible. "'Course, just pull yer socks up Amber, and you can pass!" Yah right.
-Amber
------------------
