These foreign terms confuse and infuriate us
Yeah... I was told as much by other Americans who seem to think words can be scary... it gets old.
A ride on mower, which should be self explanatory.
A whipper snipper, which, apparently, you lot call a weed whacker even though it's used mainly for grass. I think whipper snipper is much more colourful and descriptive though.
Remember when your imagination was real? When the day seemed
longer than it was, and tomorrow was always another game away?
Maybe you guys just don't have as many weeds as us.
My problem was I kept reading it as "whipper snapper" and I pictured you swinging a small child around, which considering your occupation and comic was possible though slightly out of character.
Don't kid yourself, friend. I still know how.

I got paid for some comics today (and by that I mean comics that I've drawn and sold at my LCS). The payout amount was just enough to cover the cost of Craig Thompson's Habibi, which comes out this Wednesday.
Mass cleaning and unpacking today! I unpacked from PAX and the field, put away a bunch of stuff that was accumulating on horizontal surfaces, did a bunch of laundry, reorganized parts of my wardrobe (even yanked a few things that I'm gonna donate to the thrift store), and generally got back into a groove.
I feel a LOT better having done all that!

Heed these words: I do not draw. Photos if you're lucky.
I played the board game "Le donjon de Naheulbeuk" today! It was quite fun and unusual. I suggest for anyone who like to run around the table while wearing a card on your head!
