Actually, it probably took three hours and a half dozen possible endings for this strip before I finally settled on this one. My wife (who makes a very good Laugh-O-Meter) liked this ending, so what can I say? What's even funnier is that, like the movies "Unstoppable" and "The Rite," this one's based on a true story. At the daycare where my wife worked, one of the girls she worked with actually did come up with that solution for one of her nudist-inclined kids.

I had a really quiet night at work so I did some drawing.

Here's a really scratchy-smudgy work-in-progress pic of Westley and Reine from Maelstrom Heart taking a stroll (sort of).
First time I've drawn Wes in the wheelchair and I really wish I had a reference pic to work from...oh well.

Happens at the end of the first book but since he's gonna be like that for the next four books it ain't much of a spoiler.
