Because anyone with a basic train of thought can tell that the numbers are TOO SPECIFIC to have been made up.

My comic has been viewed 1735 times today by 986 different IP addresses.

450 used Firefox
210 used chrome
7 used Safari
301 used opera
57 used IE
610 viewed from mobile devices

The most common country was the US with 463 IPs originating there.
The second was the UK with 210.
The third was the netherlands with 105.

The most common search time was "bunny comic", giving me 67 hits.

I made all that up on the spot.

I provide income from viewing the ads on the forums, encouraging the people here to remain active and keep drawing, and generally contributing to a positive and productive atmosphere. I even read Keenspot comics, because I'm such a good consumer.

And for the record, you refuse to PROVIDE factual verification. I can throw math and logic at you all day, and you just scream at the top of your digital lungs. You're an embarassment to whatever age bracket you belong to.

Also, apparently the US government needs to double may paycheck. MSP ignoring my comment is all the proof I need to a) declare him an idiot and b) realize that I should have used higher numbers.

You're promo definately needs some work but even before that you should figure out EXACTLY who you want to read your comic and market to them . I know you want everybody to read it, but start with a distinct group first and work up from there...

And I do believe you are continuing to ignore that highly logical point I made in my first post back on page 10, though admittedly it doesn't seem to be relevant any more since the discussion (heh) has moved away from your original complaint and become a critical analysis of your debating techniques.

In all seriousness, have you never studied a subject which requires argument to lead on from observable evidence? It's what I do daily when writing essays: I have a question that needs answering, I must read about the relevant research, then I must propose an argument and back it up. I get marked down if anything I suggest is not sufficiently supported with evidence, even if I'm right, and marked up if my argument is logical and backed up by evidence, even if my tutors disagree with me. This is how I have learned to argue, and not just on topics relating to the subject I study, but also on political and moral issues too. You appear to have learned from the "shouting louder" school of argument, which most people gave up on about half way through their teens after discovering once and for all that it doesn't work and does tend to get you grounded.

You're just exciting the rabble, and you've now gotten me involved. You're banned for 24 hours to calm down. Log off and go for a walk outside. Get something to calm your nerves down. Yes, the stats are crap from CG. I know. The main thing is that we're rather too big for making the logs. I have to cut that bandwidth down.

So here's the deal. Everyone needs to have an ***advertisement*** tag on their pages to get updated logs. No ads, no logs. They'll be page view logs (no hits), but they will be logs.

I'll make it easy for you. I just put in some code that ID's which file you need to change in your keencc.log. Also, if you got FRAME tags, it's time to retire them and rework your site for HTML 4.

I will be contacting one who hasn't put their ads in yet that The Keen Godfather (Chris) has noticed.
