Re: Doodles 12: Just like clockwork.
It's always interesting to see how people display emotions with characters that lack certain facial features =)

Nick Park pulls it off really well with Gromit, so it is really cool.KWill wrote:It's always interesting to see how people display emotions with characters that lack certain facial features =)

I always thought that Gromit actually has exagerated facial features. Like, those giant mouth and eyelids are like that because it's easier to mold clay when you don't have to mess with tiny mouth and eyebrows and such.

nono, you're thinking of Wallice, Gromit's the dog.. no mouth, most of his emotions consist of either body language, or his brow.McDuffies wrote:I always thought that Gromit actually has exagerated facial features. I've knit about 8 hats in the past month instead of drawing(most of them were gifts)
Rar sadly the green one has no home
...Is that so? Soooo... if I were to offer this hat a home, what kind of pricing would we be talking?

Two panels I'm pleased with from a DA original character tournament I'm competing in:

Some sketches I did for upcoming characters. A little sloppy as they were done in pen with no uh... pencil.

I made this for the purposes of recording the process.

Not very new but it's been a while since I've had time to do any drawing besides my comic and I felt like posting something:
