that's not actually very surprising given that, and i'm quoting wikipedia here "Cholesterol is more abundant in tissues which either synthesize more, or have more abundant, densely-packed membranes, for example, the liver, spinal cord and brain."
it's really really important in membranes and membrane function and regulation is extremely critical in the brain. Brain has to be high in cholesterol.

Most of those look delicious. Well french-fry encased hot dog seems a bit pointless unless you really want to lunch while walking the street, and turbaconicken sounds just plain creepy... if I eat an animal, I don't wanna find another animal inside.

100% of your daily recommend amount of a substance is how much they recommend you have. 1000% would mean you'd have 10 times what is recommended and considered healthy.

You may not have noticed, but the sodium amount in that crap is also insane. I would be seriously concerned with anyone who ate an entire serving of that.
