I say go for it. If you ask her out, one of two things could happen: 1. she could say no, and you will be a little saddened but will move on; 2. she could say yes, and you will go out, which opens up all sorts of new possibilities, most of them rather enjoyable.
If you dont ask her out, only one thing can happen: you will spend a good deal of your time wondering what she would have said if you had asked.
As my friend tells me every time he has been drinking: You are only young once, take advantage of every oppertunity to enjoy it.
