Mario Kart Wii

Post by Dr Legostar »

it's awesome. i don't know if you guys have played it, but you should. Also we should race against each other and whatnot. Amanda is currently #4 in the world at the time trials for one of the courses. I really have no idea why i created this thread, but it just felt necessary.

pff, i did that.

Also while Amanda loves the wheel for the wii-mote, i much prefer the wii-mote and nun chuck configuration. which is good, i guess, since we just got the one wheel and I don't feel a need for any more.

I just got it tonight along with 3 wheels. It's really nice to have brothers with the same tastes in video games as you. :D Friend code will be forthcoming when I can check it.

Bought the game today. I'm totally siked that it doesn't suck like Double Dash did. Also, I'm in the same situation as I was with Brawl, I won't be able to play online until I leave college and get an internet connection my Wii will connect to. :/

My roommate works at a video store, and I got to play it a few days before release. Unfortunately, no one was available for online play D:

I just picked up my copy this afternoon from Target. Thank god I got some graduation cards early because those giftcards were the only way I'd have the cash to pay for the game.

And I also want to note that double dash didn't suck. It was definitely a different entry into the series, but I thought it was a nice change considering every other mario kart game is basically the same thing with different courses, karts, and characters.

Once I have time to start it up I'll post the friendcode.

it was too easy and battles sucked. The maps were small and childish also.

I immensely enjoyed the first Mario Kart for SNES and Super Circuit for the GBA. So I may get this one, but not right away due to the lack of money.

^ Why not use part of your stimulus check to buy it? It's your patriotic duty!
And I'm using mine for the Cookout. I don't yet have a Wii...

I only played Double Dash once, now that I think about it. I've been out of the video game loop for a while now, minus a few exceptions.
