Toast's pretty good. I've been known to eat Pop-Tarts (although they're more warmed than toasted).

Ohh! Waffles! Probably the best item to exit a toaster.

My very favorite bread product to put into a toaster is an english muffin. My very favorite thing overall to put into a toaster is a fork.

I'd go with bagels normally, but I use my relatively new toaster oven for that. So I gotta go with Eggo Waffles.

spleen with a nice mango chutney...

...actually, probably toasted bread in the anticipation of using it for the foundation of a good tomasil (tomato-basil-mozerella-olive oil mix). Failing that, toast with some nice preserves or apricot jam.

Also, blueberry waffles are delicious when eaten while frozen.

Since I now have a panini grill and a toaster oven, I'm going to convert my old toaster into a time-traveling device.

Put it in the microwave, and stick in a poptart.

anyone ever microwaved a pop-tart? It's creepy as hell. The thing goes LIMP. In fact, it folded in on itself like a bolt of cloth.

Hot cross buns!

Though I pick the cross part off them first. When you toast the thing, the cross part gets retardedly hard and crunchy; I find it very unappetizing.
