I'm pretty sure someone with your exact genetic structure that was raised as girl all of their life is your sister. I'm definitely not the person I would have been if I had been born female. If you want to have a female version of yourself, I suggest hormone therapy followed by surgery or an EGS TF gun. For retrieving the duplicate, there's always the Prestige device if the whole wormhole thing doesn't work out.

I can think of two ways to make a female version of yerself, and I'm not sure which one is less creepy.

I'm pretty sure someone with your exact genetic structure that was raised as girl all of their life is your sister. I'm definitely not the person I would have been if I had been born female.

It's never really the same generic structure unless it's identical twins, and then they can't be of different sexes anyways.

so I was wondering the other day when I was watching The Sarah Connor Chronicles; why doesn't Skynet just send an entire invading army back in time? if it's a resource issue, that shouldn't be a problem, just keep sending terminators back to a certain time and date as the resources become available. is there an in-universe reason given?

Probably something to due with the fact that if a bunch of robots came from the future it might impact the series of events that lead to Skynet taking over the world.

In the first movie, Skynet only sent back the one machine because it had actually just lost the war and only had time to send back one. I don't remember if there was any justification in the second movie and I haven't seen the third.

As for the Sarah Chronicles, it seems to me that an army of terminators from the future is one of the things they're actually building up towards. They seem to be going slow and easy towards it, tho', for the reason Lunar just gave. Sending back huge, conspicuous waves of killer robots all at once would probably screw the future up in far too unpredictable a fashion, even for a super-intelligent machine.
