They're spam-bots, and Keenspace's forums are just registered in their list of forums that get x amount of attention. Someone at that celebrity porn site paid for advertising.

The admins are actively working on it. In the meantime, the standard rule of "do not reply to spam threads" applies.

Can we keep talking about them here? I mean, we gotta talk about 'em somewhere or some of us are going to freakin' explode.

I thought Blue Knuckles was just an urban myth D: it really does hurt not to type about it.

Mmmmffff..... errrr....

My favorite part are the obviously Photoshopped pictures, not because of the nudity, but because it's so poorly done. Especially those of Jessica Alba, with 4 pics and 4 completely different bodies.

I've never understood the point of those threads.

It would nice if there was a way to send an e-bomb to either the originator of the spam or the site(s) being advertised but that wouldn't achieve anything. And if it was possible, spammers would be sending those e-bombs right back, or pre-emptively.

You know, "Invasion of the Porn Bots" would be a great title for a webcomic.

True dat.

But to be in keeping with the spirit of true porn bots, the comic should provide neither porn nor robots. But have pop-ups. Lots and lots of pop-ups.

Oh, and every time you click on 'next', it tries to take over your computer.

It'd be the awesomest webcomic ever. Infinite canvas 2.0.

It should also have one of those codes that make the browser dance all over the monitor.

Say, what's CG's policy on including pop-ups and other such delicacies?

Invasion of the porn bots sounds like a Futurama episode.

Dammit, the bots brought us more Jessica Alba. Can't we have some Helena Bonham-Carter or something to break up the monotony?
