I am all in favour of Super Mario Galaxy being delayed... until I get a Wii, after which it should come out immediately. Clearly.

Also, still playing Phantom Hourglass. Still amazingly fun, and it's actually a fairly long game, I'm only about half way through.

There was once an awesome game called homeworld!

made by Relic! who are awesome. Published by Sierra, who are occasionally awesome.

They followed it with an awesome standalone expansion, Homeworld cataclysm.

They began work on homeworld 2, which was awesome, but publisher falling outs and legal wranglings led to the original awesome script being chucked out for something that didnt make much sense. still fairly awesome.

Relic then buggered off to THQ. THQ are awesome and publish many awesome things.

After many years of totally awesome RTS games like Company of heroes (awesome) and dawn of war (awesome) and all the expansions (awesome awesome and awesome) relic announced that someone else would make the next DOW expansion.

what are relic doing? Clearly something awesome.

THQ BUYS HOMEWORLD IP.

This is fucking awesome.

God this makes me very happy.

In europe, Ace combat 6, Mass Effect, and Kane and Lynch all come out on the same day >:(

Also Call of Duty 4 on friday.

Also lots of other stuff.

I've been buying a few games lately, bad bad Robby. Total War 2 is fun... But suddenly all my allies up and went "Well fuck you asshole" so I'm getting gangraped on a massive planetary scale. On the plus side, I snagged FEAR for a few bucks. Never got round to finishing it...

my friend choked me with the GBA link cable after i did that too many times. that, and i wasted all of his money on bombs.

I tried to download steam to get the orange box for my laptop after finding out the ps3 version is delayed into next year, but I got a steam.dll error, took it as a sign, thought "screw it," and uninstalled steam.

I bought Lego Star Wars the Complete Saga for the Wii. Yeah.. it's almost identical to the original games for the cube... do I care? No sir, I do not, it's still awesome, plus they made the first three episodes better and there's some extra material, plus somewhere in there i can unlock a lego version of indiana jones to play as as a promo for the new Lego Indiana Jones video game due in 2008.
