Comedian Zach G-somethingorother (I love the guy, but damned if I can ever remember or even pronounce his last name) has made a fake farm-style video of, apparently, some Kanye West song. I haven't heard the song before or seen an original video if one exists, but there you go.rkolter wrote:I don't get it. :/
I can tell you this though - that guy is hilarious. I've seen his stand-up and I always love his work in movies, no matter how bit the part is. Best movie: Out Cold.
But then I'm a snowboard bum. Of course I love Out Cold. Even if in the version I bought they mysteriously bleeped his reference to his testicles as "Mary Kate and Ashley" during the bloopers.
:edit: here's a link to the end scenes and outtakes: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dIHhiDbycj4 you have to wait for the Olsen Twins reference but it is in there

Not a fake. It's the alternate video for one of two new singles from Kanye's upcoming disc. This is completely Kanye-sanctioned.Tellurider wrote:Comedian Zach G-somethingorother (I love the guy, but damned if I can ever remember or even pronounce his last name) has made a fake farm-style video of, apparently, some Kanye West song. The video subverts the conventional hip-hop video but manages to sidestep most of the white-people-in-rap-video cliches. It's a self-mocking song, and the video plays with West's rockstar image in bizarre fashion.
So basically, it's a great song with a strange video, and I was bored.
Just wait till I get my money right.
