I'm about to go on vacation. I'd like to put up a message about a delay in updates, in case the site gets straightened out before I return.

i don't know if anyone else has been having this problem, but while i can log onto ftp I can't get it to accept any files, it just won't upload them, which is going to be a problem come this weekend when i want to upload next week's comics.

My FTP will only accept some image files and comic files, though it uploads the comic late. Everything else I get denied access to. But I suppose I'm at least lucky it eventually puts up comics.

This time, when I clicked on the Login button at the Gear page, I got a window asking for my username and password. I complied and got a nearly blank page saying, "Username not valid!" Now whenever I click the Login button, I get the same page automatically without it asking for my username or password.

So basically, everything's as broken for me as before. Oh, and my cartoon just joined the club of those that went back in time.

Close and reopen your browser, then log out of the forum and back in, then try again. Worked for me.

And yeah, my comic just went back in time, too.

Are you using your forum username and password?

Now whenever I click the Login button, I get the same page automatically without it asking for my username or password.

Try closing and reopening your browser.

Hmm ... I was able to access my site before the authentication window. Now it has went back in time. I've tried doing what has been listed above and it continues to say, "username not valid!"
