Alright I made this poll because I was curious about how different authors on genesis ink. I for one sketch out my characters then take them in to Manga Studio and ink them there using my wacom tablet.
So guys and gals, how do you ink traditionally, or digitally? Maybe you ink like I do sketch and tablet +program?

For a while I sketched on paper then inked digitally, but didn't use a wacom for that and ended up with pretty poor line quality.
Now I do traditional inks.

I use pens and printer paper, like people have for thousands of years.

Me too! I'm so glad I don't have to use white-out any more.

Depends on what feel I want. I use either Microns or dip pens for inking...Yep, I'm old skool.

I use Sharpies and other store-bought pens, and I touch up in Photoshop.

Microns over pencils on neato paper that keeps stuff from bleeding through.

I'm too technically inept to use anything more advanced than dip pens.
This webcomic, seen
here is hosted on the free web host Comic Genesis which pretty much proves its not popular.

For fanart, I do everything digitally. For high-quality, I ink by hand. I also ink by hand with my comic since I like having a hard copy.
Inking by computer is too hard to get satisfactory variance in lines.

I can do one-offs totally digital using Illustrator, Photoshop, or Expression. I can't do consistent work for a strip digitally. I ink the strip with a "G" pen nib and Microns for lettering and background. Scan then clean up and add effects in Photoshop.

Dip pens and some technical pens for straight lines and things like that. I've been messing around with digital inking, but not been able to do anything I was proud of with it.

Staedtler pigment liners...touch-ups in Photoshop. I would use dip pens, but I actually can't because I hold my pens 1) at a weird angle and 2) in a Grip of Death. I would destroy about two nibs per minute, I think...not to mention leaving a trail of blots and holes.

With an ink pen silly! I don't even use pencils. You may ask well then how do I erase or fix mistakes? Easy. I don't make mistakes! Heh heh....

I actually really really like brush and ink, but I do my whole strip digitally, because I'm kinda lazy. This is how I
roll

I have nothing to transfer pictures onto the computer, so its either 100% virtual (Me in flash and a mouse, it aint pretty), or its me with a pen, a paper, an eraser, and a bunch of markers (My hand drawn stuff is thankfully much better than my crappy mouse-drawn stuff)
I like inking old-school though. Its just stylish.

Dip pens...specifically various Crow Quill nibs.
