My Plug...Gun Fighter's Life

Post by Twconstantine »

I have been working on this for almost a year now. I have learned a lot since I started. Anyway, check it out if you like.

It's set in the old west. An Indian medicine man has breached the spirit world border releasing the undead in an effort to grant himself immortality. Here is a page...

This is great... a straight ahead action tale right out of the old west. This is a lot of fun, and I enjoyed it very much! I hope you keep crankin on this!

Kudos! :D

I've seen a lot of shitty webcomics out there so you can imagine my surprise when yours wasn't one of them.

It's a neat idea, supernatural stuff in the old west and the artwork isn't bad, I'd like to see how it progresses. Do you draw on paper, digital, tablet, cinteq?

Thank you!

Wow! High praise indeed! I'm glad to hear that you like it! To answer your question, I draw everything on paper, then ink and color on a tablet computer. I want a cinteq, but what are you gonna do!

Have you ever considered getting paid to do this for a living?

Hands down, the scripts, the art, and the site are all incredible. Flawless, simply flawless. I mean like... :o that kind of incredible. The kind that makes you want more.

More? :)

I love westerns. I love zombies. This seems to work for me.

I like the fact that you've chosen your own style of artwork, and of course, I have to admit I like the zombies in the wild west too. :)

While the pacing is a bit quick, at the same time I appreciate skipping straight to the point. Definitely a keeper.

Thanks for the comments. About the pacing, it's hard for me to determine how fast the action should be as I only draw a couple of pages a week. Sometimes I feel that if I slow things up, people will have to read back too many pages and may just skip over it. If I ever get lucky enough to put a book out, then I think I'll have to slow things down a bit. Thanks for taking time to post comments. I find it very motivating.

You know, it's people like you that make my life hell. How am I supposed to pass my tripe crap off as good stuff when you go around making comics like this? Sheesh. The nerve of some people.

All my base are belong to you, Constantine! ^_^ I love this comic! But there is one thing that I noticed that you could improve, and that would be muzzle flash to make it more obvious as to when the gun is being fired, and it would also make it infinitely more realistic.

Just a suggestion, after all. :D
