Brad Delp dies - World responds "Who?"

Brad Delp, vocalist for the Classic Rock band Boston, was found dead at his home March 9, 2007.

As a Boston fan, this hit me kind of hard, but what really pissed me off was the realization that this was a guy with actual talent and he wouldn't get a fraction of the coverage surrounding Anna Nicole Smith.

Too bad. Still, it's a sort of fullfilled life if he has strangers on various forums mourning his death - that means that he impacted lives of lots of people, more than most of us can say.

Not surprised. Trash like the anna nicole story gets more ratings, so more people advertise, and more money rolls in. Everyone already forgot about the Shawn Hornbeck case because the death of an "american hero" is more important.
