I might be a little biased in the other dirrection about the "pick your server" option since it made it easier for me to start up again. I'll keep my eye's open wednesday for all of ya, right now I'm logged off in Sandy, but I'll be heading to the dunes when I get back online so look for me there beating on the local wildlife. Should be on most nights after 6:30 eastern cept maybe monday, so feel free to hunt me down then.

Currently have monk at level 11, but that'll go up fast enough... hopefully shouldn't be too much longer before I can party with you all.

JD : So umm... did you get the three red lights of doom? My Xbox did that to my roomate last week and I'm only now dealing with it... being broke and having no warrante though I looked online.

The rumor is you can fix it with a towel. I'm in the process of testing said rumor. And thus proving Hitch hiker's guide to the Galaxy right

I got the three lights.
I should have thought about using a towel too! Or turning on my xbox 42 times...

I did not have a warranty but I used my bluff and diplomacy skill checks and rolled a 20 so I got the guy to waive the repair fees and to ship it back to me piority express

Also I wanted to cook some more Galkan Sausage ... and found out there is server maintainance going on right now. ;_; Now I can't cook until tonight! And my poor neglected plants! I needed to feed crystals to my wildgrass plants!

Okay, so I just read about the towel trick. Turns out you got to wrap up your three-sixty and run it about 10 minutes in order to overheat it, this does something to some wires that help "reroute" la de da and hippiuddy doo. It was a bunch of hooey but the fact is it has worked for hundreds and while some report only temp fixes, others have gotten it to fix the problem permanently. It sounded a bit detrimental to the system though if you aren't careful to not overheat it too much, so if it happens and you decide to try this just be careful. Because to be honest, if your system isn't working anyways then you might as well give it a shot cause even if it doesn't work, you will have to send it in to be fixed anyways.

Anyways, in other news Laith's contemplated purity enough as a monk (only mnk 12 but it's just not working for me so I'm jumping boat before I get the sub-job quest done) and is heading back to windy to find a new path in her life so if you wanna hunt me down tonight you now know where to look.

In other other news I found limit break radio while searching for ff music, it's sometimes funny, sometimes serious, all FFXI... I've been listening to it at work now and just the few episodes I listened to taught me a fair about the game I never knew and reminded me of some things I forgot about. Also stuff like worst mistell stories, things other people do with your job that make ya mad, ect...

I was on for probably 2 or 3 hours before dinner (Which I left for at 4:30 Pacific) and when I came back I logged on for maybe another hour or so. I was just reeeeeallly tired and couldn't focus or stay awake. But I did get Saehel up to 14 THF, so she is now 21 MNK, 15WHM, & 14THF. ^_^ And hopefully I made a buncha moneys.

Oh yeah, should probably mention my own time zone when makeing posts that mention time, I'm Eastern, just to clear things up.

One question, can linkpearls be sent through the ingame mail? That might be easier than hoping my schedule lines up with one of the two people who can hand out pearls.
