I'm amazed what they managed to get away with in a supposed "children's cartoon".

Animaniacs - Moon Over Minerva

Questionable content, not quite NSFW, but maybe it is for some places...
Someday, someday I'll finish Confabulation. That day is not today, however.

:eyebrow: Really? It seemed par the course for a typical Warner Bros. cartoon featuring an attractive female character that the male characters go ga-ga over. They've been doing stuff like this since the fifties and sixties.

Maybe it's because I'm thinking in terms of todays toothless crap for kiddies. Still, it's more racy than I remember it...

They didn't get away with it for long . . . there were only a couple of episodes with Minerva before they nixed her.

And no, not in a sexual way.
Existence is a series of catastrophes through which everything barely but continually survives.

How do you nix someone in a sexual way? (I'm asuming other than sex crime)

Denial is not falsification. You can't avoid a fact just because you don't like it.

clip from Jesus Camp

I want to see it, but I'm waiting for the video release so I can stop it when it gets to be too much.

I don't know quite what to believe, but I'm certian that any God or Christ I hope exists is nothing like this.

...as a side note, I boycott Nestle products because of their practice of dumping inferior products on the markets of poor nations and because of the way they ruined my hometown through the series of threats over the years that if the taxes were not lowered and the city did not shoulder increasing burdens of the cost of their business they would leave... then ultimately leaving anyway.

but somehow I doubt these "Christians" give a shit about the unsaved and "opulent north-eastern liberals".

(ok, those are my words... they might not know what opulent means...)
