I tried logging in with my forum name like you are supposed to but it keeps redirecting me to the login page.

You're going to http://siteadmin.comicgenesis.com (which is the themed Siteadmin), not the old bland one at http:///siteadmin.comicgenesis.com:8080?

Yeah I have been using the new one. It lets me log in most days but some days every time I type in my username and password it just takes me back to the login page. This is weird. I can't be typing anything wrong because I always type the same thing. Works somedays, but not others. Right now, it is not working but I need my comic to update today.

Your comic updates automatically once very 24 hours anyway (unless you have disabled automatic updating).

Have you tried to clear your browser's cache and try again?

FYI. If you are running Windows 95/98/ME you have to reboot your computer to fix Internet Explorer browser problems. Or use firefox.

Trust me, when I started encountering people having the same problem with the online customer services for the company I was working for at the time, I found the same trick for the old siteadmin also worked there. Problem solved.

There is a bug in the cookies under internet explorer. It doesn't follow the cookie standard exactly.

Unless you had changed it, your comic is by default set to update every 24 hours. So, if you know you haven't changed it (through SiteAdmin), then it's on.
